Kickboxing. Monday-Wednesday-Friday 7 - 8:30
Kick-Fit. Tuesday-Thursday. 6 - 7:30
Grappling (MMA) Tuesday- Thursday 7 - 8:30
Kids. Tuesday-Thursday. 6 - 7
The gym is also open on Saturdays from 10 - 12. There are MMA, Kick-Fit and Kickboxing workouts going on at this time.
Come down at any of these times and try a free workout. All scheduled workouts are instructed by a qualified coach.
