Living Your Yoga - hosted by Vincent Lu
January 28 - February 3, 2018
Copal Retreat
Paamul, Mexico

Life is your practice, and your practice is your life. Learn how to bring what you learn on the mat off the mat as you immerse yourself in this 7 day yoga retreat.

Join Vincent, and his ever present sense humour and ability to bring authenticity and realness to every class, as you explore the deeper in-workings of yoga. All that can be learned, felt, practiced and cultivated on the yoga mat can be inter-woven into daily living to bring fluidity, clarity and a sense of calm and peace. Although there will be 2 daily yoga practices; a dynamic morning Flow and a deep evening Yin, the chance to practice yoga will be apparent and available in all things; the sand, the water, the air, the food, the people.

This retreat is about being present, taking time for yourself, enjoying where you are and what you are doing, and above all else (and most importantly!) having fun and letting go.

This retreat is suitable for any level of yoga practice. Everyone is welcome.

Copal Retreat offers standup paddling lessons (SUP) and bike excursions, both complimentary and optional in addition to your daily yoga practices. You have the flexibility to add on extra activities like Mayan ruins tours, Explore the cenotes in the area, hikes, bike ride, or visit a Mayan Villa.

Retreat prices begin at $1,300 CAD.
